Instructions
- Boil a cup of water and allow it to cool slightly (about 180°F or 82°C) to prevent burning the delicate tea leaves.
- In a teapot or large mug, add the green tea leaves, ginger root, turmeric, and lemongrass.
- Pour the hot water over the ingredients and allow it to steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on your preferred strength.
- Strain the tea to remove the herbs and tea leaves, then serve hot or iced. You can add honey or a squeeze of lemon if desired.
