    1 cup Water

  • 12 teaspoons of Guayusa (or 1 Guayusa tea bag)
  • 12 slices of Fresh Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil water and add Guayusa (or use a Guayusa tea bag).
  2. Add fresh ginger slices to the water and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and strain the tea.
  4. Add lemon juice and honey (if desired), and stir well.
  5. Drink this tea hot or chilled, depending on your preference.

Notes
